Wish List: Tuesday
Confession; on my last blog one of my favourite posts to write (oh so frequently) were my wish lists. Gosh, they were such fun to write purely because I genuinely wanted everything I posted. Yes whilst I understand the feat of adulthood comes with the fact we can't always get what we want, it's still fun to dream and of course, to share.
So, let's do this!
1. Oribe Gold Lust Oil
I'm a huge Oribe fan, it's leagues above Kerastase, L'Oreal and every other premium haircare brand....in my (green) eyes anyway. It's costly, I won't deny that but the products deliver and certainly live up to the spendy price tag. The Gold Lust Oil claims to tame frizz and dries your hair to that of a lovely smooth and silky finish. If you don't believe me, read the Space NK reviews. Yup, I'm tempted!
2. Eve Lom Cleanser
Ugh, I am so boring. Oh so predictable. How many times have I raved about Eve Lom? Too many you say. I ran out of my cleanser months ago and have since been using Liz Earle. Whilst I love it, I find it doesn't moisturise my skin as much as Eve Lom. So whilst the debacle swirls around in my head, a girl I work with walks in after months of not seeing each other and her skin is simply fab. What does she contribute it to? Eve Lom. *puts in basket immediately*
3. Chanel WOC
You know me, a little Chanel never hurt anyone right? It's ok, this is where you can slap me. Firstly, I normally carry my Neverfull when travelling and it quickly turns into a blackhole of essentials ranging from heavy shoes to chewing gum. Basically, all of life's random necessities. Secondly, I tend to lose my phone, boarding pass and passport in the abyss of my handbag. Thirdly, I am forever fearful of the 'one piece of hand luggage' rule. So, what's the conclusion? Well, I saw a smart lady carrying her hand luggage AND a Chanel WOC with glee as she strutted past security. Basically, it's so compact to carry your essentials without any airline staff realising you technically have another bag. Moral of the story; I need this bag for Australia.
4. Porter Subscription
Again, a little bland yet incredibly useful. I always see Porter released and continuously forget to buy it until roughly 4 weeks later. I would say it's perhaps my favourite magazine, I find it enjoyable to read and of course to oogle over the luxe content; a pleasant form of escapism, one that would be easier to peruse if I had it popped in my letterbox. Just sayin' Santa..
